Your chosen payment method will be charged at the exact moment your order is successfully placed. We cannot begin selecting materials or processing your handcrafted items in our workshop until payment has been fully confirmed.

What should I do if my payment was declined?

If your payment didn't go through, please double-check that your billing zip code matches the address registered with your bank, and ensure your card details (number, expiration date, and CVV code) were entered correctly. If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your bank directly or trying an alternative payment method, such as PayPal.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. As soon as your order and payment are processed, an official invoice and order confirmation will be automatically generated and sent directly to your email address (contact@GreenYardWorks.com will show as the sender).
